Hand crafted exclusively for Oats Any Time by Nancy Peasley, of Peasley Pottery, in Otis, Maine. Oatmeal colored, accented with our native Maine Wild Blueberries, and Maine Cranberries. The perfect bowl to place an O.A.T. Crumb Tart in, drench it with milk, and enjoy it as cereal. Makes for a very good Maine morning!
Peasley Pottery is owned by self-taught artist/potter, Nancy A. Peasley. Her studio is located on a small farm in a rural town in Downeast Maine surrounded by woodland, wildlife and her two horses, Beylah and Annikens. Nancy began as a painter, later expanding into woodcarving, pottery and sculptures. Prior to pursuing her artwork full-time, she held positions as a marine mammal research assistant & stranding coordinator, commercial fisher woman, and in law enforcement.
Much of the inspiration for her work comes from growing up in a rural area where she spent a great deal of time going hunting, fishing, and trapping with her father.

How is our flour different?
Our Main(e) ingredient is 100% Whole Grain Steel-Cut Oats.
They are rough cut, and are a plus for digestive health, containing more fiber per serving. The major advantage is that Steel Cuts Oats take longer to digest, keeping you fuller longer, and supporting a stable blood sugar.
Our O.A.T. Blend is freshly milled to offer higher nutritional value. Our O.A.T. Blend goal is to help keep life simple and healthy.
